The management reserves the right to conduct a multistage selection process which may comprise of:

- Employment Type: Fixed Term Basis for 03 years (extendable up to 2 more years as per organization requirement).
- Remuneration: Approximate CTC of Rs. 11,00,000/- per annum (indicative only), inclusive of fixed and variable components, HRA, Mediclaim (self, spouse, dependent parents & two children), performance-based variable pay, and satisfactory service grant. Actual remuneration depends on experience, place of posting and other terms & conditions.
- Posting: NGEL Corporate/Station/Sites/Clusters/JVs and its subsidiaries all across India. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of Management.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD candidates. Ex-Serviceman relaxation as per Govt. guidelines.
- PwBD Vacancies: 14 vacancies reserved for PwBD category (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Safety – 07; HR/Finance/CSR/Rajbhasha – 07), inclusive of backlog vacancies.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination at specified Govt. hospitals (minimum district hospital level). No relaxation in prescribed health standards.
