The period may be extended up to the 6th year with the approval of the Secretary, MoRTH, and up to the 7th year with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways.
- The retirement age for officers/employees appointed on deputation in NHAI will be 60 years, as applicable to regular NHAI officers/employees, or as applicable in their parent organization, whichever is less.
- Departmental officers of NHAI in the feeder grade who are in the direct line of promotion as per the Recruitment Rules of the concerned post will not be considered for appointment on deputation basis.
- Any legal dispute regarding the selection/recruitment process will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi only.
