- Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates will appear for a CBT consisting of Multiple-Choice Questions (objective type) in Hindi & English in their concerned discipline. Minimum qualifying marks: 50 marks for UR/EWS, 45 marks for OBC-NCL, and 40 marks for SC/ST/PwBD. Weightage: 70%.

- Organization: NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) is a Government Company under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. Shares are listed on BSE, NSE, and Calcutta Stock Exchange. The company operates a 3.0 MTPA steel plant at Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh built at a cost of approximately ₹24,000 crores.
- Training Period: Executive Trainees will be in training for 06 months initially. On successful completion, they will be designated as Assistant Managers.
- Posting Location: Selected candidates will be posted at NMDC Steel Ltd, Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh and may be assigned any job/function as per business requirements.
- Minimum Marks Required: 60% for General/UR/EWS/OBC candidates; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates; 45% for Departmental SC/ST/PwBD candidates; 55% for Departmental UR/OBC candidates.
- Final Year Students: Candidates studying in the final year are eligible to apply but must pass the qualifying examination before GD & Interview and produce the final pass certificate at the time of GD & Interview.
- Travelling Allowance: Outstation candidates called for GD & Interview will be reimbursed TA of second A/C Two Tier Rail/Bus fare by shortest route on production of tickets. TA will be paid through e-payment.
- OBC Certificate: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate should not be older than 06 months as on the last date of application.
- EWS Certificate: Income and Asset Certificate valid for the year 2026-2027 is required.
