- Contract Period: Initially for THREE years, extendable by TWO years (one year at a time) subject to outstanding performance.
- Performance Review: Appointment subject to half-yearly performance review. Contract may be terminated if performance is found unsatisfactory.
- Notice Period: Termination of contract by TWO months’ notice by either party or payment in lieu of notice.
- Annual Increment: Provision for annual increment on successful completion of every 12 months during the contract period, based on performance review.
- Leave: 30 days per calendar year on a proportionate basis; not more than 7 days at a stretch; total absence on any one occasion not to exceed 10 days (including holidays/Saturday/Sunday). Leave not carried forward to next contract year.
- Residential Accommodation: No residential accommodation will be provided by NPS Trust.
- Place of Posting: New Delhi (may be placed anywhere in India as per administrative requirement).
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Hindi required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other computer-related functions required.
- No Right to Permanent Employment: Posts are purely contractual; candidates shall have no right to permanent appointment under any circumstances.
