Selection Procedure

- The online selection test will have two parts: Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT).

Other Important Information
- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates from General category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. 2,50,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD categories) to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining.
- Health: Candidates should have sound health. Medical examination will be conducted at NSPCL notified/empanelled/project hospitals before joining. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.
- Reservations: Reservations, relaxations and concessions for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/XSM/PwBD (40% or above disability) candidates will be provided as per Government guidelines.
- Posting: Posting shall be at any of the Stations/Projects/JVs/Subsidiaries of NSPCL across India. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.
- Test Centres: Candidates have to choose any two cities as preference-I and preference-II. NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending on response.
- TA/DA: TA will not be paid to any candidate appearing for the All India based Online Selection Test.
- Admit Card: Admit card indicating roll number, name of allocated test centre and guidelines will be made available on the website. Admit cards will not be sent by post.
- One Post Only: A candidate can apply for one post only. In case of multiple applications, the last application will be considered.
- Jurisdiction: Any proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute can be instituted only in Delhi.
