- Contract Basis: Engagement is purely on contract basis for the academic session 2026-27. The contract will automatically stand terminated unless extended before the date of expiry.
- Residential Requirement: JNVs being residential in nature, Hostel Superintendents are required to reside in the Vidyalaya campus to attend residential school duties and responsibilities besides hostel monitoring. Shared single accommodation inside campus (preferably in the Hostel if available) will be provided.
- Marital Status: Male & Female without encumbrances.
- Termination: The contract can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice or one month’s remuneration in lieu thereof.
- Leave: Contractee will be entitled to one Casual Leave per month, to be approved by the Controlling Authority.
- No Regularization: Services being purely on contract, the individual shall not have any claim for regularization or any claim on regular sanctioned positions of the Samiti.
- Taxes: All taxes including TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Rules.
- Training: Contractee shall attend orientation/training programs as and when organized.
- Confidentiality: Contractee shall not reveal any data or information about Vidyalaya activities to any person outside the Vidyalaya during or after the contract period.
