- Temporary Appointment: All appointments are purely temporary/contractual for a period of 6 months only. No extension will be granted after the 6-month period.

- Duty: Junior/Senior Residents must reside in the hospital and work 24 hours under the assigned unit/ward head.
- Biometric Attendance: Biometric attendance and daily muster signature are mandatory. Honorarium will not be paid without compliance.
- Previous Employees: Candidates who have worked at Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital in the previous 6 months are NOT eligible to apply.
