Other Important Information:
- Type of Appointment: Full-time contract basis.
- Tenure: Initial tenure of three years, extendable further on mutual agreement up to two more years. Continuance/extension is based on performance and other parameters as decided by the Bank.
- Notice Period: Either party can terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice during the first year and three months’ notice after completion of the first year.
- Salary Increment: Monthly compensation (excluding housing allowance) will be increased by 7% on successful completion of every 12 months during the contract period.
- Leave: 30 days of leave per calendar year, credited on a half-yearly basis (January & July). Leave not availed cannot be carried forward.
- Residential Accommodation: The Bank will not provide any residential accommodation during the contract period.
- Travelling Allowance: Entitled to TA/HA/VOF/hotel/hired car facility as applicable to equivalent grade for official domestic tours.
- Dispensary: Emergency dispensary facility (for self only) within office premises.
- No Superannuation/Separation Benefits: Contract appointees are not eligible for any superannuation/separation benefits or other allowances/perquisites/medical benefits.
- Lien/Secondment: Selected candidates will not be permitted to join the Bank on lien/secondment basis from their previous organization.
- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India or eligible as per prescribed categories (Nepal/Bhutan subjects, Tibetan refugees, persons of Indian origin from specified countries).
- No Age Relaxation: Maximum age of 65 years is applicable for all categories. No age relaxation is available for any category.
- Jurisdiction: Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai only.
