- Eligibility: Open to underprivileged candidates who are residents of Sundargarh District and other Districts of Odisha State only. Preference shall be given to candidates from direct impact zones of RSP (Bisra Block, Kuarmunda Block, Nuagaon Block, Lathikata Block of Sundargarh District, Rourkela Municipality, Rourkela Industrial Township area, Resettlement Colonies of RSP, and model steel villages of RSP).
- Purpose: This training programme is only for skill enhancement of underprivileged candidates and does not confer any right to claim employment in SAIL/RSP in the future.
- No Accommodation: No accommodation shall be provided to trainees during their training period; they must make their own arrangements.
