- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on parameters decided by the Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank. Other Important Information:
- Department: IAD, CC, Hyderabad
- Period of Engagement: Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years or up to attainment of 65 years of age, whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Eligible Grades: MMGS-III, SMGS-IV, SMGS-V, TEGS-VI (retired on superannuation from SBI or its erstwhile Associate Banks).
- Termination: Contract can be terminated with 30 days’ notice from either side or payment of one month’s emoluments in lieu thereof.
- Leave: 30 days leave per year of engagement; intervening Sundays/holidays not counted; leave not availed normally lapses.
- Remuneration for Cluster Audit: Rs. 2,000/- per visit/per branch for weekly audit of Currency Chest Verification/Forex Transactions/FSLOs etc.
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
- Service Rules: Engaged retired officials will not be covered under SBI Officers’ Service Rules but will be bound by the terms of the engagement offer.
- PF/Pension/Bonus: Engagement shall not be treated as extension in service for PF/Pension/Bonus or other superannuation benefits.
- Existing Waitlist: The existing wait list of Retired Officers empaneled as Concurrent Auditors will get cancelled with this publication. Existing waitlisted officers can apply if otherwise eligible.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be instituted only in Mumbai courts/tribunals/forums.
