Candidates applying online should carefully review the following instructions and proceed accordingly:

1. Visit the Commission’s website https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click on “ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ ADVERTISEMENTS” to automatically view ‘ONLINE ADVERTISEMENTS’ divided into three parts:
   • User Instructions
   • View Advertisement
   • Apply

User Instructions contain detailed guidance on filling the online form. To view the respective advertisement, click on “View Advertisement”. A complete advertisement and snapshots of the online application procedure will be displayed.

The ‘Online Application’ process comprises four stages:

First Stage:

• Click ‘Apply’ which will display ‘Authenticate with O.T.R.’ for the examination.
• Upon clicking ‘Authenticate with O.T.R.’, candidates will encounter ‘Have You Completed Your O.T.R. Registration’ where they need to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

• After completing the Second Stage, the ‘Fee Confirmation Window’ will appear.
• Select ‘Yes’ to proceed for fee payment.
