- Contract Duration: Initial period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance, willingness, conduct, and institutional requirements.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- via Demand Draft payable to ‘ESI Fund A/c No. 1’ at Faridabad upon joining. Refundable on successful completion of contract and submission of No Dues Certificate. Forfeited if resignation within 6 months of joining.
- No Private Practice: Not allowed in any capacity after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad.
- Service Benefits: Senior Residents are not entitled to PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion, or similar perks.
- Hostel/Accommodation: Provided to the extent possible; cannot be claimed as a right. If availed, no HRA will be payable.
- Attendance: Must record attendance both manually and through AEBAS (Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System) daily.
- Absence: Absence exceeding 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment leading to automatic termination.
- Resignation: One month’s advance notice or deposit of one month’s salary equivalent required. Non-compliance leads to forfeiture of salary and security deposit, and possible legal proceedings.
- Vacancies: Provisional and may increase or decrease as per actual patient care requirements.
- Reservation: As per Government of India guidelines. PwD quota candidates adjusted against respective General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS category vacancies.
- Non-availability of Reserved Category: In case of non-availability, meritorious candidates may be offered engagement for 39 days at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid for appearing in the interview or document submission.
