- Contract Duration: Initially for ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years from the date of engagement (including initial period), based on factory requirement and individual performance.

- Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay (rounded to next ten rupees) subject to satisfactory performance.
- Leave: 30 days leave per year (2.5 days credited per calendar month). Leave can be accumulated up to 30 days and encashed after one year. 1 day Casual Leave per complete calendar month.
- Benefits: EPF, Employee’s Compensation Act 1923, Bonus (if applicable) as per Bonus Act 1965, Night Duty Allowance (in case of exigency), Risk Allowance, Maternity Benefits (for female personnel) as per Maternity Benefit Act 1961.
- Not Entitled For: Promotions, OT Allowance, Loans/Advances/Interest Subsidies, Medical Facilities, Contingency Advance, School Fee Reimbursement, LTC/LTA, Study Leave, Sponsorship for Higher Studies, or any other benefits admissible to regular workmen not specifically mentioned.
