- Nature of Engagement: Contractual basis (temporary); no claim for regular employment.
- Contract Period: Initially for two years; may be extended by two years on retainer-ship basis after each term if performance is found satisfactory.
- Working Days: Any 2 working days per week as decided by the appointing authority.
- Working Hours: 2 hours per day.
- Remuneration: Rs. 7,200/- per month.
- Place of Posting: Regional Office, 4th Floor, Jai Kartar Tower, Gobind Nagar, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana – 141001.
- Termination: Contract is terminable with two months’ notice from either side. Also terminable if the Physiotherapist is arrested for debt or on a criminal charge.
- Benefits: Not eligible for leave, LFC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Medical reimbursement, or any other benefits available to regular/part-time employees.
- Equipment: Physiotherapist must bring their own basic equipment necessary for treatment.
- Substitute: In case of continuous absence for more than two days, the Physiotherapist must arrange a suitable substitute at their own cost, acceptable to the Bank.
- Confidentiality: Must maintain strict secrecy regarding Bank’s affairs.
- Corrigendum: Any corrigendum will be published only on the Bank’s website https://punjabandsind.bank.in.
- Right to Cancel: The Bank reserves the right to cancel any or all applications and stop the process at any point without notice.
