Selection Procedure:
- Applications will be processed through duly constituted Screening Committees based on qualifications and departmental needs.
- A mere fulfillment of eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for interview.
- More stringent criteria including a written test may be applied for short-listing candidates to be called for interview.
- If the number of applications received is large, the university may restrict the number of candidates called for interview to a reasonable limit as per the provisions of the ordinance.
- Applicants having higher qualifications, merit, or higher marks in the written test will be given preference.

- If suitable EWS candidates are not found for EWS reserved vacancies, such vacancies will be kept open for UR category. Similarly, if suitable PWBD candidates with specific disability are not found, the vacancy will be kept open for all other types of disabilities.
- The medium of instruction in the University is English.
- Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D Degree after 2009 should enclose a certificate confirming the degree was awarded as per UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Awards of M.Phil/Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009.
- The number of vacancies is tentative. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at the time of selection.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fees once paid will NOT be refunded.
