Other Important Information
- Only female candidates are eligible for all posts.
- Recruitment is for 09 upgraded Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls Schools in Aligarh district: Dhanipur, Lodha, Tappal, Gangiri, Atrauli, Bijauli, Akrabad, Chandis, and Jawa.
- Appointment is on contractual basis (service contract) at fixed honorarium.
- Service contract will be for 11 months 29 days per academic session.
- Contract may be renewed for the next session subject to satisfactory performance and District Magistrate’s approval.
- If services are found unsatisfactory, the contract can be terminated with one month’s notice.
- In cases of serious misconduct/financial irregularity, contract can be terminated immediately and FIR may be lodged.
- Caretaker, Watchman, Peon, and Cook are full-time residential posts; residing in the school campus is mandatory. Family members are not allowed in the campus.
- Employees earning less than Rs. 15,000/- per month will be covered under EPF (12% employee contribution + 13% employer contribution).
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per requirement.
- The Principal will also teach the subject of her qualification; a separate teacher for that subject will not be appointed.
- Reservation as per State Government norms: Unreserved-56, SC-25, ST-0, OBC-37, EWS-4, Total-122.
- Persons dismissed from service, convicted of moral turpitude, or declared insolvent are not eligible.
- The District Selection Committee, KGBV Aligarh reserves the right to cancel the notification at any time; no court case will be entertained in this regard.
