Selection Procedure

- Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the declaration made in the application form, relevant experience, current CTC/monthly pay, and higher qualification as per documents enclosed. In case of a large number of applications, shortlisting will be done accordingly.
- Written Test / Group Discussion (if required): If required, a Written Test or Group Discussion may be conducted for shortlisted candidates before the interview.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview. Candidates failing to produce original documents will not be permitted to appear for the interview.
- Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after interview must appear for document verification with medical reports signed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a Government Hospital, in the prescribed CCI format. Candidates found medically unfit as per CCI’s Recruitment Rules will not be considered for document verification.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring all necessary documents and certificates in original and photocopies for verification. Candidates whose documents are not in order will be summarily rejected.
- Travelling Allowance: Candidates called for interview are eligible for sleeper class train fare for the shortest route (for journeys exceeding 50 kms) between the correspondence address and the interview venue.
- Final Decision: The decision of Management regarding shortlisting for interview/selection will be final and binding.

- Nature of Appointment: Fixed Term Contract basis only. Not permanent. No right to claim regular/permanent employment.
- Tenure: Initial tenure of 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years based on performance. Contract can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice/contractual fee in lieu of notice period.
- Eligibility: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
