- Contract Basis: All positions are purely on contract basis on consolidated emoluments, initially for a period of 3 years or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. Extension may be considered based on performance and project requirement.
- No Regular Appointment: Candidates engaged shall not derive any right or claim to a regular post/appointment in C-DAC.
- Deputation/Transfer: Selected candidates may be deputed or transferred from one project to another at any project location across India as per organizational requirement.
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified from AICTE/UGC approved college/institute or recognized university. CGPA/Grade must be converted to percentage with proof from the university.
- Experience: Academic/teaching/research/internship/project work as part of curriculum will not be counted as experience. Part-time, daily wages, visiting/guest faculty, trainee, or intern experience will not be counted.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen relaxation as per Government of India norms. Government employees on pay scale get 5 years additional relaxation. Cut-off date for age and experience is the last date of application submission.
- Reservations: SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS reservations applicable as per Govt. of India norms. OBC candidates from creamy layer must apply as General/Unreserved. PwD candidates must have 40% or more disability.
