Engineering Officer Gr.1 (Electrical/Civil): Selection will be based on GATE Score (valid GATE Score of 2024/2025/2026).
Engineering Assistant (Electrical/Mechanical): Selection will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and job-specific practical skill test.
Scientific Assistant: Selection will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and job-specific practical skill test.
Technician Gr.1 (Electrical/Mechanical): Selection will be based on performance in Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates will also have to qualify a Trade Test.
Technical Attendant Gr.1: Selection is based on performance in Computer Based Test (CBT).

Only Indian Nationals who have attained the age of 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India norms.
Probation for all posts will be initially for a period of 2 years.
All posts carry service benefits of Leave/LTC/Medical benefits and allowances as per Government of India norms.
CPRI Head Office is at Bangalore; units are at Bhopal, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Kolkata, Guwahati, and Raipur.
The number of vacancies is provisional. CPRI reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies or modify branches/disciplines.
