- The post carries All India Service Liability (AISL); selected candidates may be posted/transferred to any CSIR Laboratory/Institute/Centre anywhere in India.
- Selected candidates will be on probation for two years from the date of joining; probation may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
- Benefits include DA, HRA, TA, NPS, medical facilities/reimbursement, LTC, CEA, and other admissible allowances as per CSIR/GoI rules.
- Council accommodation may be provided subject to availability; HRA will not be admissible in such cases.
