- Duration: 06 months (20 July 2026 to 19 January 2027).
- Stipend: Rs. 5,000/- per month, paid in two installments. First installment after 03 months; second after successful completion.
- Attendance: Minimum 15 working days per month of physical attendance at ITR is mandatory to receive stipend.
- Boarding/Lodging: No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible. Subsidised lunch, tea, and snacks available at ITR wet canteen.
- No Employment Guarantee: Completion of internship does not guarantee employment in DRDO/ITR.
- Certificate: Completion certificate issued only after clearing project evaluation, submitting project report, and completing all formalities for the full 06-month tenure.
- No payment will be made if a student does not complete a minimum tenure of 03 months.
- Documents required at joining: NOC from college, Police verification, Undertaking for Official Secrets Act 1923, IT rules undertaking, Bank details, Medical fitness certificate (MBBS), Aadhar card (original), College ID, 03 passport size photographs, All previous semester mark sheets (originals for verification).
