- Employment Type: Fixed Term Basis – initially for 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years from the initial date of joining, subject to satisfactory performance.
- No Regular Appointment: No claim for regular appointment in EIL by virtue of having worked on fixed term basis will be entertained.
