- Contract Period: Initially for one year, extendable up to three years subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
- Annual Increment: 3% on completion of each year of service subject to satisfactory performance.
- North East Region Allowance: Executives posted in North East Region will receive a location-based compensatory allowance of 10% of fixed consolidated remuneration.

- Minimum Gross Remuneration: Candidates must have drawn not less than Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum (E-1 posts) or Rs. 7,20,000/- per annum (E-4 post) in last/current organization.
- Teaching/training/consultancy/freelancing experience shall not be treated as relevant experience.
