- Contract Period: Initially for one year, extendable up to three years subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
- Annual Increment: 3% per annum on completion of each year of service, subject to satisfactory performance.
- HRA: House Rent Allowance as applicable to regular employees based on place of posting.
- North East Region Allowance: Executives posted in North East Region will receive an additional 10% of fixed consolidated remuneration as location-based compensatory allowance.
- Provident Fund: Benefits as per Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952.
- Medical Insurance: Self-medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 3,000/- per annum.
- Gratuity: As admissible.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC(NCL): 3 years; PWD: 10 years for reserved posts.
- Teaching/Training/Consultancy/Freelancing experience shall NOT be treated as relevant experience.
