- Walk-in Interview will be conducted at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022.
- Document Verification will be conducted from 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM. Only candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend the Walk-in Interview.
- Based on the interview, a Merit List of selected candidates will be prepared.
- Appointment letters will be issued time to time based on the merit list as per the actual requirement of the institute.
- The decision of the Selection Board will be final on all aspects of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Other Important Information
- The recruitment is purely on contractual basis. Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of service.
- Private practice of any kind will not be allowed during the tenure of service.
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
- Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
- The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued by either side giving one-month prior notice without assigning any reason.
- Selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) drawn in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Guwahati, towards security deposit.
- If the selected candidate resigns/terminates the contract within 09 months of commencement, the security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- will be forfeited.
- Number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement.
- Candidates who will be able to join immediately will be preferred.
- Canvassing in any form shall be a disqualification.
- For MBBS candidates with less than 3 years experience (for SI No. 9, 13, 19, 22 & 25), remuneration shall be Fixed Basic Pay of Rs. 56,100/- (Level 10) + Other Allowances.
- OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma, not more than one year old from the date of interview.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear in the interview without NOC from their employer (also applicable for Doctors under Bond).
