- Contract Period: Initial period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance, willingness, conduct, and institutional requirements.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- for both Senior Resident and Non-PG Resident, payable via Demand Draft to ‘ESI Fund A/c No. 1’ at Faridabad upon joining. Refundable on successful completion of contract. Forfeited if resignation within 6 months of joining.
- No Private Practice: No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad.
- No Service Benefits: Senior Residents are not entitled to PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion, or similar perks.
- Hostel/Accommodation: Provision of hostel/quarters will be made to the extent possible; cannot be claimed as a right. If availed, no HRA will be payable.
- Attendance: Attendance must be recorded both manually and through Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily.
- Absence: Absence exceeding 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment, resulting in automatic termination.
- NOC: Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have NOC at the time of interview.
- Medical Registration: All candidates must have updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview or submission of documents.
