- OBC/EWS candidates must submit caste/income & asset certificate as per Central Govt. Performa (not more than one year old from the date of interview).

- These posts are purely contractual and may be terminated on either side with a notice of one month.
- Selection does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation.
- The maximum tenure for contractual engagement will not exceed five years or 70 years of age of the faculty, whichever is earlier.
- Candidates completing 5 years of contractual tenure will not be entitled for gratuity or other pecuniary benefits.
- No other allowances will be paid in addition to the consolidated remuneration.
- No Private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.

- The remuneration will be revised automatically in accordance with proportionate change in rate of pay and allowances as per Govt. policies; however, arrears shall not be admissible for any rate revision with retrospective effect.
