Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Two Tier Computer Based Test (CBT): The Commission shall conduct Two Tier CBT for all posts (Sr. No. 1 to 4).
- CBT-I: For shortlisting/screening only. Common CBT-I for all posts. Total Marks: 60, Time: 75 minutes. Subjects: Test of English & Comprehension (20 marks), Test of Numerical Ability (10 marks), Test of Reasoning (20 marks), Test of Konkani Language (10 marks).
- CBT-II: CBT-II of Post at Sl. No. 1 (Desktop Publishing Operator) will be held separately. CBT-II of Posts at Sl. No. 2, 3, 4 shall be common and held in one batch. Total Marks: 80, Time: 100 minutes. Subjects: Test of English & Comprehension (30 marks), Test of Numerical Ability (10 marks), Test of Reasoning (20 marks), Test of basic knowledge of Computer proficiency (20 marks).
- Skill Test/Typing Test: Qualifying in nature. Typing speed of 40 WPM for Desktop Publishing Operator; 30 WPM for LDC/Recovery Clerk, Data Entry Operator, and Junior Assistant. Mandatory to clear.
- Shortlisting Ratio: 10 times the number of posts for CBT-II for Post at Sr. No. 1; 5 times the number of posts for CBT-II for Posts at Sr. No. 2 to 4.
- Minimum Passing Marks (CBT): UR – 45%; OBC – 40%; SC/ST/PwD – 35%.
- Konkani Language: Minimum 4 marks out of 10 is mandatory in Konkani language test.
