- Third preference: Candidates engaged on Tenure Basis as CPW/DBW with 3 months training certificate from MIL Group of Factories.
- Last preference: Trade apprentices of Ordnance Factories and Govt./Private organizations in feeder trades (IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic).

- Nature of Engagement: Contract/Tenure basis for ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years based on factory requirement and individual performance.
- Termination: Employment can be terminated by giving One Month’s notice by either party or payment of Basic Pay + DA in lieu of notice.
- Remuneration: Pay at 1/30th of Basic Pay (₹19,900) + DA per day for 8 hours work. House Rent Allowance as per city classification (when Company Quarter not available). Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay subject to satisfactory performance.
- Benefits: EPF coverage, Employee’s Compensation Act 1923, Bonus as per Bonus Act 1965, Night Duty Allowance (if deployed in night shift), Risk Allowance, 30 days leave per year (2.5 days/month), Maternity Benefits for female personnel as per Maternity Benefit Act 1961, Safety and protective gears as per Company norms.
- Not Entitled For: Promotions, OT Allowance, Loans/Advances/Interest Subsidies, Medical Facilities (except emergency), Contingency Advance, School Fee Reimbursement, LTC/LTA, Study Leave, Sponsorship for Higher Studies, or any other benefits admissible to regular workmen.
- Performance Evaluation: Half-yearly basis. Individuals with ‘Poor or below’ rating will be given 3 months to improve; if still poor, services will be terminated with 15 days’ notice.
- Training: Candidates from feeder trades (other than AOCP) without 3-month training certificate will undergo compulsory ONE MONTH in-house training followed by TWO MONTHS On-Job training before specific job deployment.
- Job Specification: Manufacturing and handling of explosives and hazardous chemicals.
