- This engagement is purely contractual for a period of 2 years and does not entitle any candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in IRCTC.
- Contract may be terminated by giving one month’s notice by either side. If performance is unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated without notice.

- Medical Insurance: Rs. 1,400 to Rs. 2,500/- per month based on age group (reimbursable on submission of valid documents)
- Posting may be in Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir and areas under IRCTC NZ; candidates may also be deployed anywhere in India at IRCTC’s discretion.
