- Sports Qualification: Candidate must be a Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh and must have represented: (i) Country in an International competition in football, OR (ii) State or UT in a National competition in football, OR (iii) District in the State/UT level event or a winning University in Inter-University Tournaments conducted by Inter University Board.
- Active Sportsperson: At the time of appointment, the candidate must be an active sportsperson and fit enough to participate in future tournaments.
- Preference: Order of preference in appointment shall follow the sequence of sports qualifications as enumerated. Performance in the previous two years will be given preference.
- Probation Period: Persons recruited under sports quota shall be on initial probation of two (02) years and confirmed after successful completion.
- Deputation: Under no circumstances shall persons recruited under this quota be deputed to any other organization outside the Bank.
- Total Vacancies: Seven (07) positions in Assistant Banking Associate/Banking Attendant Cadre combined.
- Waitlisting: Candidates found suitable will be waitlisted. The Bank reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for interview.
