Selection Procedure

- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond to serve MRPL for a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining. Bond amount: Rs. 3,00,000/- for General category; Rs. 50,000/- for EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD.
- Probation: Selected candidates will be placed on training cum probation as per Company Rules.
