Selection Procedure

Organisation: MRPL is a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and a subsidiary of ONGC Limited, operating a 15 MMTPA Refinery in Mangaluru, Karnataka.
Grade: E2 (Management Cadre)
Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond to serve MRPL for a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining. Bond amount: Rs. 3,00,000/- for General category; Rs. 50,000/- for EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD.
Probation: Selected candidates will be placed on training cum probation as per Company Rules.
Emoluments: In addition to basic pay, DA (IDA pattern), HRA/Township Accommodation, Perks & Allowances (cafeteria approach), Performance Related Pay, and other allowances/benefits are admissible.
Job Location: Mangalore, Karnataka. Employees are liable to be transferred anywhere in India or abroad within MRPL, ONGC group companies, or any other organization as per MRPL’s requirement.
