- Selection will be by way of Interview.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:3 on the basis of qualification, experience, etc.
- Shortlisted candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector Undertakings including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of interview.
- Selected candidates will have to undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination. Final appointment will be made only for candidates declared medically fit by the Bank’s Medical Officer.
- The Bank reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment in part or full without assigning any reason.

- Nature of Engagement: Contract basis (Specialist on Contract). No right/claim for regular/permanent employment.

- Annual Increment: Up to a maximum of 10% based on satisfactory performance and Bank’s discretion.
- Superannuation Benefits: Not entitled to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, etc.
- Leave: Maximum 30 days per calendar year on proportionate basis; un-availed leave cannot be carried forward.
- Accommodation: Quarters allotted subject to availability at licence fee of 0.5% of remuneration; OR Fixed HRA of 10% of remuneration if quarters not allotted.
- Medical Facility: For self only, at the Bank’s Dispensary wherever available.
- Travelling/Halting Allowance: Admissible as applicable to officers of equivalent grade for official tours outside headquarters.
