- Departmental officers of NHAI in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for promotion.
- Period of deputation shall ordinarily be 01 to 05 years, extendable up to 07 years with appropriate approvals.
- For officers of Central Engineering Service (Roads), MoRTH, the deputation tenure shall be maximum 10 years up to 31.12.2026, and maximum 07 years thereafter.
- Any legal dispute regarding the selection/recruitment process will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
- Corrigendum/Addendum/Cancellation, if any, shall be published only on the NHAI website and not in newspapers.
