NICL AO (Administrative Officer) Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale

• Basic Pay: The starting Basic pay is Rs. 50,925/- in a pay scale ranging from Rs. 50,925 to Rs. 96,765. The increments are structured as Rs. 2,500 for 14 increments, then Rs. 2,710 for 4 increments.
• Total Emoluments: In metropolitan centers, the total emoluments would amount to approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month. Emoluments include the Basic pay and other admissible allowances as per the company’s rules.

  1. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes: 5 years relaxation
  2. Other Backward Classes (OBC – Non-creamy layer): 3 years relaxation
  3. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years relaxation
  4. Ex-Serviceman, Commissioned Officers, etc.: 5 years relaxation for those who have served at least five years in the military as of September 1, 2023, subject to certain conditions.
  5. Defense Service Personnel disabled in operations: 3 years relaxation
  6. Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Legally Separated: 9 years relaxation
  7. Existing Confirmed Employees of Public Sector General Insurance Companies: 8 years relaxation
