- The appointment is purely on a temporary basis for one semester beginning July 2026 (Monsoon Semester 2026-27).
- Remuneration will not be enhanced for any reason during the term of engagement.

- Candidates who have served the institute as Adhoc/Temporary faculty for about 5 semesters are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have defended Ph.D. / submitted Ph.D. thesis in the academic year 2026-27 can also apply. Proof of thesis submission must be enclosed.
- The PhD certificate (provisional or degree) must be enclosed with the application. Subsequent production of certificate after the last date will not entitle the person to claim Ph.D. remuneration.
