- Contract Duration: Initially for ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years based on factory requirement and individual performance.
- Job Specification: Supervision of manufacturing and handling military explosives and ammunitions.
- PwBD: Only one arm affected (OA) category is identified for PwBD. Other PwBD categories are not identified.
- Leave: 30 days leave per year (2.5 days credited per calendar month); 1 day Casual Leave per complete month; maximum 3 days leave per month or at a stretch (except on medical grounds).
- Benefits: EPF, Employees’ Compensation Act coverage, Bonus (if applicable), Night Duty Allowance, Risk Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Company Quarters (where available), Maternity Benefits for female personnel.
- Not Entitled For: Promotions, OT allowance, Loans/Advances/Interest Subsidies, Medical Facilities, Contingency Advance, School Fee Reimbursement, LTC/LTA, Study Leave, Sponsorship for Higher Studies.
- Termination: Contract terminates automatically on completion of tenure. Either party may terminate by giving one month’s notice or payment of Basic Pay + IDA in lieu of notice.
- Performance Evaluation: Six-monthly basis. Poor performance leads to 1 month improvement notice; if still poor, services terminated with 15 days notice.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to courts/tribunals situated in Jabalpur only.
- Admit Cards/Call Letters: Will be forwarded to candidates by e-mail.
- SC/ST Candidates: Eligible for second class TA for document verification on production of Govt Bus/Train ticket and Caste/Community Certificate.
