Qualification Detail

Here is the qualification detail for Rajasthan High Court System Assistant Recruitment 2024.

Candidates for direct recruitment to the System Assistant position must possess one of the following qualifications:

1. B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science:
   • A degree from a recognized University established by Law in India.

OR

2. Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA):
   • Graduation in any subject from a recognized University coupled with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA).

OR

3. ‘A’ Level Course from DOEACC:
   • Graduate in any subject from a recognized University, along with completion of the ‘A’ Level course from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC).

OR

4. Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications:
   • Possession of a Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.

OR

5. Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Applications/Information Technology or Equivalent:
   • Completion of a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or an equivalent course from a recognized Polytechnic Institution approved by the Government.

Age Relaxation Details

Here is the complete detail about Rajasthan High Court System Assistant Recruitment 2024 age criteria reservation rules.

1. Age Requirement:
   • Candidates must have attained a minimum age of 18 years.
   • The maximum age limit should not exceed 40 years as of 01.01.2025 (the first day of January following the last application date).

Age Relaxation Criteria:

1. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/More Backward Classes/Economically Weaker Sections/Women Candidates:
   • The upper age limit will have a relaxation of five years.
2. Widow and Divorcee Women Candidates:
   • There is no upper age limit for these candidates.
3. Reservists (Defence Services Personnel Transferred to Reserve):
   • The upper age limit for reservists is 50 years.
4. Ex-Prisoners:
   • For ex-prisoners who served under the Government on a substantive basis on any post before conviction and were eligible for appointment under the rules, the upper age limit won’t apply.
   • For other ex-prisoners, the upper age limit will be relaxed by the period served in imprisonment, provided they were eligible for appointment under the Rules before conviction and weren’t overage.
5. N.C.C. Service:
   • The upper age limit will be relaxed by the period of service rendered in the N.C.C. for Cadet instructors, given that the resultant age doesn’t exceed the maximum prescribed age limit by more than 3 years.
6. Released Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers:
   • Those released from the Army shall be considered within the age limit if they were eligible at the time of joining the Army, despite having crossed the age limit when appearing before the commission.
7. Temporary Appointments:
   • Persons temporarily appointed to a post in the Service shall be deemed within the age limit if they were initially appointed within the age limit, even if they’ve crossed the age limit. They’ll be allowed up to two chances.
