Selection Procedure

- For Dean and Faculty: Shortlisting followed by Interview cum Demo Session (carries 100 marks).
- For Marketing Executive: Shortlisting followed by Interview (carries 100 marks).
- Shortlisting: A shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters. Adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Merely fulfilling minimum qualification and experience does not vest any right to be called for interview.
- Interview / Interview cum Demo Training Session: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- CTC Negotiation: Done with candidates in order of merit. If a selected candidate does not agree with the negotiated CTC, they will be treated as Voluntary Exit and the next candidate in merit list will be called.
- Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on interview scores. In case of tie, candidates ranked by age in descending order.
- Final Selection: Top candidates in the merit list with whom CTC is successfully negotiated will be finally selected.

- Nature of Engagement: Contractual basis for 3 years, renewable for a maximum of 2 more years at Bank’s discretion (total engagement not to exceed 5 years).
- Notice Period: 3 months’ notice from either side or payment/surrender of 3 months’ compensation in lieu thereof.
- Leave: 30 days per financial year.
- Annual Increment: 10% of annual CTC from second year onwards, subject to performance appraisal score of at least 90%.
- Variable Pay: Eligible on securing minimum 90% in performance appraisal at half-yearly intervals (31st March and 30th September). Variable pay ranges from NIL (below 90%) to 100% (99-100% score).
- PwBD Reservation: Horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (not less than 40% disability). 3 PwBD vacancies (1 VI for Dean, 1 VI for Faculty, 1 VI for Marketing Executive).
- Age Relaxation: Available as per Government of India guidelines for reserved category candidates.
- Travel Reimbursement for Interview: Dean – Actual Air Fare (Economy Class); Faculty & Marketing Executive – Air Fare up to Rs. 15,000/- (both sides) or actual, whichever is lower.
- Accommodation: Bank’s accommodation in SBIL campus may be provided (subject to availability); notional amount will be deducted from CTC.
