- This is an Internal Notification for departmental employees of SECL and other CIL subsidiary companies/CIL HQ Kolkata only.
- Only permanent and regular employees of SECL/CIL subsidiaries are eligible to apply.
- Employees originally appointed in a higher grade are NOT eligible. Employees in the same or lower grade may apply if they meet all eligibility criteria.
- Eligible grades/categories for selection: DR Category (I, II, III, IV, V, VI), DR Excavation (Grade E, D & C), MR T&S (Grade C, D, E, F, G & H), Clerk Grade I, II, III.
- Candidates must have successfully completed 6 months of training to be eligible.
- Confidential Report (CR) for FY 2024-25 must NOT be rated ‘Poor’; otherwise, application will be rejected.
- Attendance requirement: Minimum 120 days (surface) and 95 days (underground) on pro-rata basis for Oct–Dec 2025 and Jan–Mar 2026 (including sanctioned leave).
- If educational qualification was obtained after the date of appointment, a permission order from the competent authority must be attached.
- Employees who were selected after 2024 in any departmental selection but did not join or got their selection cancelled on their own request are NOT eligible for this notification.
- Selected employees will be posted anywhere in SECL as per vacancy and requirement. Refusal to join or requesting cancellation after selection will result in debarment for 2 years from future non-officer cadre selections in SECL.
