Other Important Information:

  • Contract Period: Initial engagement period of 3 years (subject to annual performance review), with renewal on an annual basis for a maximum further period of 1+1 years (maximum 5 years total).
  • Place of Posting: SIDBI, Green Climate Finance Vertical (GCFV), New Delhi Office. Regular visits to project sites required. SIDBI reserves the right to post/transfer the resource to any other location in India.
  • Annual Increment: Up to 10% per year on successful completion of each year of engagement, subject to periodic review and satisfactory performance.
  • Notice Period: Minimum 3 months from date of resignation during the 1st year; minimum 2 months thereafter. SIDBI can terminate the contract by giving 1 month notice.
  • Service Bond: Selected resource persons must execute a Service Bond to serve SIDBI for at least 1 year, or pay 3 months’ gross emoluments if leaving before completion of 1 year (subject to not serving the minimum notice period of 3 months).
  • Leave: 1.5 days per month (maximum 18 days per year). No leave can be availed before completion of initial 3 months of service. Unutilized leaves will not be carried forward.
  • Travelling/Halting Allowance: Applicable as per norms of SIDBI (equivalent to Grade A officer) for outstation/local tours.
  • Eligibility Restrictions: Candidates previously dismissed, removed, compulsorily retired, or blacklisted from any government/autonomous/bilateral/multilateral organization are not eligible. Candidates with more than one spouse (unless permissible under personal law) are also not eligible.
  • Experience Computation: Training/Teaching period will not be counted as experience. All computations of age and post-qualification experience shall be as on 31.03.2026.
  • Gap Period: For candidates with experience in more than one organization, a gap of up to 15 days between relieving and joining dates shall be counted as experience.
  • Canvassing: Any canvassing directly or indirectly by the applicant will disqualify his/her candidature.
