- You have two options for authenticating your registration number from the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) conducted in 2023: I. Through Personal Details: Enter details such as your PET-2023 registration number, date of birth, gender, and Uttar Pradesh residency. You can log in by providing domicile and category-related information. II. Through One-Time Password (O.T.P.): Use the O.T.P. sent to your registered mobile number/email associated with the PET-2023 registration number.
Application:
- Upon successful login: I. Enter personal information recorded during PET-2023, including name, father/husband’s name, mother’s name, Uttar Pradesh residency details, category, EWS status, reservation details, date of birth, gender, marital status, contact mobile number, and email. II. Provide details regarding mandatory educational qualifications as per the advertisement. Indicate whether you possess the required qualifications, and enter details such as the name of the board/institution/university, year of passing, certificate/roll number, date of issue of qualification certificate, and marks obtained.
Note: After filling the required information, click on “Enter Verification” and submit the verification code displayed. Your application form, containing an 11-digit registration number and other details, will be generated. Print a copy for your records.
