Other Important Information

Period of Contract: Initially for one year, extendable up to 2 years on yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
Validity of Panel: 01 year from empanelment.
Allowances: Young Professionals will not be entitled for any separate monthly allowances including conveyance allowance, House Rent Allowance, etc. Travel and daily allowance will be reimbursed as per company rules if required to travel outside Delhi.
Other Facilities: Not eligible for residential telephone, residential accommodation, CGHS, Medical reimbursement, personal support staff, or transport facilities.
Leave: Eligible for 08 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward.
Tax Deduction: Income Tax or any other applicable tax will be deducted at source; TDS Certificate(s) will be issued by WAPCOS.
Termination: Contract may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination without notice or remuneration in case of proven misconduct.
Notice Period (Resignation): Young Professional must give 30 days notice to WAPCOS if opting to quit.
Non-Compete: Young Professionals shall not represent, advise or work for any person for 02 years from the date of termination which may be detrimental to WAPCOS Limited.
Confidentiality: Young Professionals must not divulge any information gathered during the assignment. Integrity certificates from 2 references and a self-undertaking of no criminal record are required.
Jurisdiction: Legal disputes, if any, will be under Delhi Courts only.
Working Hours: Same as regular WAPCOS employees. No extra remuneration for working beyond office hours or on Saturdays/Sundays/Gazetted Holidays.
Attendance: Marked through Bio-metric system.
