- Nature of Engagement: Contract basis for a period of One (01) Year, extendable for another one year at a time. Total cumulative period shall not exceed 5 years.
- Full-Time Basis: Consultants will not be permitted to take up any other assignment during the period of consultancy.
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
- Attendance: Biometric/Manual attendance is mandatory daily at the place of reporting/engagement.
- Leave: 1.5 days per completed month of service. Unavailed leave cannot be carried forward or encashed.
- Tax: TDS will be deducted as per prevailing rules. GST/Service Tax applicable extra.
- Allowances: No DA, Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, Residential Accommodation, or Medical Reimbursement. TA/DA allowed for official travel inside the country with approval.
- Performance-based Enhancement: Good/Satisfactory – Nil; Very Good – Up to 10%; Outstanding/Excellent – Up to 15% of remuneration.

- Termination: AAI can terminate with one month’s notice or remuneration in lieu. Consultant can also seek termination with one month’s notice.
