Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be citizens of India, hold a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Arunachal Pradesh, hold an Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Certificate, and be able to speak any Indigenous Tribal Language of Arunachal Pradesh.
Examination Centre: Written Examination and Recruitment Test (if any) will be conducted in Itanagar Capital Region.
Age Relaxation: 5 years for APST candidates; 10 years for PwBD candidates; 15 years for APST PwBD candidates. One-time relaxation for candidates who applied for earlier cancelled examinations (ADO, HDO, VO, DDO) as per Government Notification dated 29th June 2026.
Scribe Facility: Available for PwBD candidates in the category of Blindness, Locomotor disability (Both Arms affected-BA), and Cerebral Palsy. Scribe qualification must be matriculation or above but less than the minimum educational qualification required for the post.
Date of Birth Proof: Only Matriculation Certificate issued by a recognized Board will be accepted as proof of age.
Veterinary Officer: All candidates must mandatorily submit their registration certificate in the Arunachal Pradesh State Veterinary Council while filling the Online Application Form or at the time of document verification.
Multiple Applications: Only the application with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be accepted. Fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
