- Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract for one year, extendable for another 36 months or till project completion, whichever is earlier. Total contract period will not exceed 36 months.
- Reservation: Officer Grade-I: 9 (UR-6, SC-1, OBC-2); Officer Grade-II: 65 (UR-29, SC-10, ST-4, OBC-16, EWS-6); Officer Grade-III: 9 (UR-6, SC-1, OBC-2); Officer Grade-IV: 2 (UR-1, OBC-1). Reservation for PwDs as per GOI guidelines.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen as per GOI guidelines. PwD candidates get 10 years relaxation (40% or more disability).
- Salary: Consolidated salary includes HRA for ‘X’ class city; may vary as per city of posting. Increment @ 3% per year on consolidated salary for extensions beyond one year (for next 2 years).
- Medical Insurance: Minimum Rs. 2,00,000/- for self; premium reimbursed by CEIL. Company’s PF contribution is part of consolidated salary.
- No TA/DA for attending interviews.
- Posting: Initially at CEIL Head Office, Navi Mumbai; may be posted anywhere in India at management’s discretion.
- Termination: One month’s notice or one month’s consolidated pay in lieu of notice by either party. CEIL may terminate at any time if performance/conduct is unsatisfactory.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai court only.
