- Pay Scale: Apprenticeship Stipend: 1st Year - ₹11,000/month; 2nd Year - ₹12,000/month. Contract (if selected after training): 1st Year - ₹22,100/month + ₹5,530 (extra hours); 2nd Year - ₹22,800/month + ₹5,700 (extra hours); 3rd Year - ₹23,400/month + ₹5,850 (extra hours).
