Other Important Information
- Contract Duration: 01 year (extendable every year up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance) or till the joining of the regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
- Maximum Tenure: Till attainment of 70 years of age, subject to fulfilment of other rules and regulations.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 30,000/- (non-interest bearing) as Demand Draft in favour of ‘ESIC Saving Fund Account No.2’ payable at Namkum, refundable after successful completion of contract upon production of ‘No Dues Certificate’.
- Leave Entitlement: 2.5 days per completed month of work (Earned Leave), no encashment, no half leave, no advance leave.
- Termination/Resignation: One month’s prior notice required from either side. In case of spot resignation, one month’s salary to be deposited into ESI Account.
- Private Practice: Strictly prohibited. Simultaneous work as Teaching Faculty in any other Hospital/Medical College is not allowed.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview or submission of documents.
- No accommodation will be provided to selected candidates.
- No service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion, TA/DA/Leave for attending conferences, etc. will be admissible.
- Attendance: Mandatory on Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily.
- Agreement: Selected candidate must enter into an agreement with the Dean on Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (cost borne by candidate).
- Absence: Absence beyond 07 days without permission will amount to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
- Income Tax & Professional Tax shall be deducted at source from emoluments every month.
- Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease as per actual requirement.
- PwD Reservation: As per prevailing Government of India guidelines.
