- Engagement is on a contract basis initially for a period of 11 months, subject to review for extension based on requirement and suitability.
- Maximum age limit is 60 years; engagement beyond 60 years and up to 70 years may be considered in rare/exceptional cases with prior approval of CMD.
- Candidates above 69 years of age are eligible to apply; however, their engagement shall be for the residual period of the 11-month contract up to the date they attain 70 years.
- Candidates aged 60 and above must provide a medical certificate at the interview.
- Ph.D. may be considered as experience (up to 3 years).
- Internship/Apprenticeship training experience will not be counted.
- Self-employment/own proprietorship experience will be considered if accompanied by proper documentation (GST registration, UDYAM/MSME registration, ITR, bank statements, work orders).
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India, including remote field/project locations.
- Service of the Expert is liable to be terminated on one month’s notice from either side.
- Selected candidates must join duties within one week from the date of issue of the offer letter.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
