1. Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:

  • Part-1 Written Examination: English (100 marks, 2 hrs), Arithmetic (100 marks, 1 hr), General Knowledge (100 marks, 1 hr)
  • Part-2 Computer Science Test (Practical): 100 marks, 1 hr – Candidates securing 35% in each written paper are eligible. Cut-off: 50% for General/Others, 40% for SC/ST.
  • Viva-Voce Test: Candidates qualifying the Practical Test are called.

2. Stenographer Grade-III:

  • Part-1 Written Examination (English): 100 marks, 2 hrs – Qualifying in nature (minimum 35%).
  • Part-2 English Shorthand & Typewriting Test (Skill Test): 400 words dictation in 5 minutes, reproduced in 10 minutes through Computer System. Cut-off: 55% for General/Others, 50% for SC/ST.
  • Part-3 Computer Science Test (Practical): 100 marks, 1 hr. Cut-off: 50% for General/Others, 40% for SC/ST.
  • Part-4 Viva-Voce Test: 35 marks.

3. Junior Typist:

  • Part-1 Written Examination (English): 100 marks, 2 hrs – Qualifying in nature (minimum 35%).
  • Part-2 Typewriting Test: 400 words passage to be typed in 10 minutes through Computer System. Cut-off: 55% for General/Others, 50% for SC/ST.

4. Salaried Amin:

  • Part-II Technical Knowledge in Survey & Settlement (Practical): 45 mins. Cut-off: 50% for General/Others, 40% for SC/ST.
